Grover "Groove" Everett, il batteria, bassista Maurice Glass e il chitarrista Barry Saunders, sono lahouse band dei Guess-Brockington Studio at 633 W 35th St. in Norfolk, Virginia, partecipando quindi ai lavori del cantante e compositore Lenis Guess, inoltre editano a nome Raw Soul e the 35th street gang, alcuni singoli 7", tra i quali segnalo: Georgia walk e The Gig, entrambi D.P.G. records 1972, a nome Raw Soul, quindi: The dance of love \ I Spy e: I was born to be a drummer \ Get down, entrambi Guess records 1973, Come On Go With Me (To Dance Land) su Brunswick 1974, infine: the Boogie man, nuovamente su Guess e probabilmente fine 70's, tutti a nome the 35th street gang.
