U.K.funky\soul dance band, guidati dal produttore\arrangiatore e musicista:Charles Sylvester, pubblicano il loro primo singolo per la Magnet nel 1975: Street dance, che non ritroviamo sull'album di debutto: Life Is A Fight del 1976, sempre su Magnet, che oltre alla title track contiene anche: Disco Music ( anche su 12") e: Doin' A Parliament Thing.
Il secondo album: Just Another Lonely Night ( che è poi il nome della band per esteso), esce nel 1977, decisamente più "leggero" del precedente, contiene comunque almeno un paio di brani che meritano: Do you feel it e: Sweet Sweet Child, lo stesso discorso vale anche per: Movin' City High, che pur essendo del 1978 anticipa sonorità 80's, brani consigliati: Everybody's Gotta Do Something, City to city e: Dance, Dance To The Music.
