attrice teatrale e televisiva, partecipa a svariati musical e nel frattempo non disdegna la frequentazione degli studi di registrazione, nel 1966 incide con Jackie Lee il 7": Whether It's Right Or Wrong / Baby, I'm Satisfied, per la indie label Mirwood, quindi nel 1968: W-O-M-A-N / Good Lovin' Man, Keyman records, con la B side che diventa un classico Northern soul.
Il primo album arriva nel 1973: Hall-Mark, per la RCA, anticipato dal singolo: Sha-La Bandit, altri brani da ascoltare: Who´s Gonna Make It Easier For Me e: The Sound Of Drums.
Il secondo, omonimo, album esce nel 1979, molto più dance oriented, con il singolo: Snapshot ( anche su 12") e: Born To Be Free, Never Needed You Anyway.
