Disco trio formato da: Cathy Carson, Gwen Owens, Juanita Curiel, (Gwen Owens è l'unica con dei precedenti discografici, avendo prestato la voce a David Axelrod, Randy Brown, Coke Escovedo, Willie Hutch, Billy Preston, e Al Wilson e per avere inciso singoli soul dall'inizio dei 60's, quindi, nel 1974, per la Casablanca, il singolo: You Better Watch Out \ Everybody Needs Love ). Il trio, dopo la firma per la Big Tree records, registra nei Muscle Shoals studios ( quindi cin la sezione fiati Muscle Shoals Horn ): Hot, anno 1977, che contiene: You Brought The Woman Out Of Me, Mama's girl, You can do it, Why Don't You Believe In Your Man, Just Because I'm Guilty. Sulla stessa falsariga, esce nel 1978: If That's The Way That You Want It...you got it, da cui consiglio: One day at a time, Will You Still Love Me After I Leave Him, The Number Man's Game. Chiude la storia, per quanto riguarda il trio Hot: Strong together,sempre su Big Tree, 1979, brani consigliati: Slippin' Up, Slippin' Around, If That's What Love Is All About, Borrow me, You've Got To Be Strong (To Be The Other Woman). Sempre nel 1979, esc anche un singolo di Gwen Owens: I don't want to dance no more, sempre Big Tree e con la squadra di produzione presente su tutti i dischi citati in questo post, ovvero: Terry Woodford e Clayton Ivei.
